About the assignment

We at Novare are a proud and approved supplier of the state framework agreement in Sweden. We are now looking for an administrator for an authority in Stockholm.

The authority is currently in need of an administrator while recruitment is ongoing. As an administrator, you will primarily work with tasks related to property management. This includes work with quotes, calculations, and invoices.

For this role, we are looking for someone who is unpretentious and communicative. You work solution-oriented and have a good sense of service.

Examples of overall tasks:

• Operational work with the authority's premises, such as reporting faults, minor renovations, orders, contacts with
• landlords and suppliers
• invoice management
• inventory
• planning
• physical security.

Requirements for the position

• high school or equivalent education
• very good knowledge of MS Office or equivalent
• at least three (3) years of work experience as an administrator/assistant
• ability to communicate fluently in Swedish and English, both orally and in writing.

Assignment period and scope

The assignment is full-time with immediate start and lasts for about 6 months, with the possibility of extension. The location is at the authority in Stockholm, with some remote work possible.
